Initial Nutrition Consultation
What is Included?

The Initial Nutrition Consultation is a 1:1 session including a full evaluation of your health history, lifestyle & nutrition choices, as well as any health concerns or imbalances. We will work together to achieve your nutrition and lifestyle goals. This is accomplished by building a customized nutrition and supplementation plan, designed for your individual health status to suit your schedule and specific needs. This is your chance to get all your health questions answered and make a positive impact on your life. ( Food Intolerance / G.I / Hormone Testing available upon request )
Follow-Up

This session is designed for accountability and continued support. Around 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment, your health status will be re-evaluated and we will discuss how your customized plan is working for you. From there, the required adjustments will be made to your plan and any other concerns will be addressed.
